Colleen moved to Casa Grande in 1992 and quickly became an active member of the community she now proudly calls home. Her leadership includes serving as Chairman of the Board of the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce. She has also been involved with numerous organizations, including the Casa Grande Community & Hospital Foundation Board, the Western Pinal Assoc. of Realtors (now WeSERV) board of directors, the Boys & Girls Club of Casa Grande, and the Casa Grande Valley Cotton & Ag Women. Her commitment to community service mirrors her dedication to her clients—always focused on making a positive impact.
Colleen obtained her real estate licensed in 1991 and earning her broker’s license in 2005, she opened a small office in Casa Grande in 2007, where she continues to provide exceptional service and local insight. An Arizona native, Colleen graduated from Gilbert High School and attended Mesa Community College on scholarship before transferring to Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing with an emphasis in advertising. This background has been a valuable asset in effectively marketing properties and negotiating successful transactions.
Over the years, Colleen has successfully navigated shifting real estate markets. She has extensive experience handling short sales, bank-owned REO properties, government-owned HUD homes, and other types of distressed sales, representing both buyers and sellers with integrity and expertise.
